After the first series of facilitated conversations about the post pandemic future, we are even more aware of the importance of this space.
It is vital that we talk together about our future and how we envisage it. The present is rife with painful and urgent issues and the past is far from healed. It is up to us to decide what we want to carry forward and what to leave behind.
We are inviting you to join us in conversation to connect together and to ‘dream the future’ we want to see. If we are to create it, first we need to imagine it.
We aim to bring together our experiences of these big changes in our lives and share with each other 1.
what am I learning from current challenges, and 2. how will it help me to go forward. Facilitated by Lea Misan and Eva Vohlidkova.

We will be meeting on Thursday 22 Oct 2020 at 7-8:30pm on zoom. Join us if you can.

Interactive workshop focused on your own experiences.

A lot has changed in the world since March 2020. How are we experiencing our power now? Do you feel in charge, creative, centred? Or are we all tired, feeling isolated and not so much in control? How are we engaging with big challenges of this time – Covid-19, climate change, structural discrimination, racism, extreme polarizations in politics… How are we meeting them?  What if we could use these collective experiences to support personal change?

In this workshop we would like to bring in the collective aspect of women’s empowerment more and focus on the ‘inner critic’ that has made its appearance quite powerfully in previous meetings. We will bring attention to these dynamics and explore how they affect us personally. How are Power and Silence our allies?

CAROL Hardy is a counsellor, Processwork trainee psychotherapist.

EVA Vohlidkova is a certified coach, psychologist and Processwork trainee psychotherapist.
